Our Manufacturing Impact
From production, packaging, transportation and end of life, Clevertouch Technologies considers our environmental impact at every life-cycle stage of our products.
Production
We use recycled components where possible and control waste minimisation processes. We also endeavour to maximise the use of renewable resources over finite resources in all our production methods.
Packaging

Our packaging is 100% recyclable, helping to limit the pollutants that we release into the environment. - Digital Instruction Manuals
By transitioning to digital instruction manuals using QR code technology, we have reduced how much we are printing. - Reduction in packaging
We have reduced the dimensions of our packages to be more accountable for transportation and storage space.

Using the improved packaging process, we can maximise the numbers transported in smaller spaces to reduce our carbon emissions.
Use Phase
We test and monitor the usage capacity of our device technology. We believe understanding the usage helps us improve the longevity life cycle of the product. Our use phase exceeds industry standards with hardware product longevity enhanced with our OTA upgrade capabilities to reduce the replacement timeframes.
End of Life
- WEEE Compliance
Clevertouch Technologies fully complies with the Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive. - Recycle and Disposal
Clevertouch Technologies works sustainably with our partners and customers to recycle and dispose of EOL products. This includes buy-back campaigns where EOL products are returned to manufacture for recycling in new technology components, thereby minimising non-compostable waste.

As a company, we partner with like-minded green sustainable businesses to ensure all our stakeholders are aware of and active in environmental impact minimisation.
Hybrid Working
We have a strong hybrid working environment and encourage staff to use public transport or carpool to reduce transport pollutants.
Customer Visitors
Our sales team delivers product demonstrations remotely as well as on-site to reduce travel.
Emission reducing vehicles
We have emission-reducing hybrid or electric vehicles for travel where public transport is not possible.
Showroom and office facilities
We use energy-efficient equipment, power scheduling and renewable energy where possible.
Marketing
We use digital communications for our marketing to minimise our impact on the environment.
